NBC invited us to work on a live satellite interview of David Swain’s lawyer, Tim Bradl, for the ‘TODAY’ show.
When Shelley Tyre died during a scuba diving excursion and authorities found her gear to be badly damaged, her husband, David Swain, was sentenced to 25 years in prison. Nearly two years later, the verdict was overturned. NBC’s Dennis Murphy reports and TODAY’s Willie Geist speaks with Swain.
