Monster.com and the NFL teamed up for a promotion and created the job title of “NFL Director of Fandamonium.” We followed Onyx Herrera, the 2009 Director, as he tried to find his 2010 replacement and raise awareness of his position. Our day started in the VIP area of the 2009 NFL Kickoff Celebration where the Black Eyed Peas and Tim McGraw were performing. The day ended with Onyx finding his way to see the game at Heinz Field – Pittsburgh, PA.
This was a very cool job assignment. I got to work with a great cameraman Rob Parker (parkerdigital.net) and producer Jay Johnson (NFL Films.)
